Convection Oven, electric, double-deck, standard depth, thermostatic controls, with 8 high stainless steel legs & adjustable stainless steel feet, stainless steel front, painted steel cabinet, 50/50 stainless steel independent doors, (2) windows, (5) racks, (13) rack positions, porcelain interior, (200-500F), 60 minute dial timer with buzzer & (2) speed fan, NSF, cETLus, 208v/60/3ph ( Duke - E102-E ) - Ideal for high-volume operations, the Duke E102-E double convection oven has two full-size baking chambers and includes 10 oven racks. Each oven has its own controls, which are dials and switches that simplify operation. A switch controls whether the oven is on or off, and the temperature dial can set the heat from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 1-hour timer dial counts down the bake time so foods are consistent and do not overcook. For maintenance or repair, the parts can be reached through the front.The Duke 102-E double full-size convection oven traps the heat it generates using board-style insulation and double-pane glass. Its glass windows, in addition to internal lights, provide visibility to show food as it cooks. Helping food cook evenly, the porcelainized interior and element-surrounded blower evenly distribute heat. Doors close tight with a latch-and-catch mechanism, and open one by one with vertical handles. For cleaning, the cooking chamber is non-stick porcelain with rounded corners. Product Details. Stainless steel front resists dents and dings. Sides and top have a painted finish. Board-style insulation and double-pane glass window reduce heat loss. Each door opens separately and provides access to half the interior. Porcelain interior finish provides an even heat. Coved corners eliminate crevices where food can get stuck. 5 oven racks in each chamber. Lights provide interior visibility.
